As I continue to inform my knowledge of anatomy, the mannequin’s forms will gain more bulk in the process, while my life drawings will also become more three-dimensional. I documented this method in this article. The above drawing is a quick sketch I made beside the Bargue copy to figure out its anatomical landmarks. I’m adding to this purely linear approach by adding a more structural one that takes the underlying anatomy into account.
